Summary of role
This role is a `strategic sales` role in the field, focussing on selling into large accounts, developing framework agreements, etc., growing existing clients and bringing new clients on board. Thus, this role is a `field sales consultant` that can operate at a strategic level with corporates/groups of accounts, working with them to understand their strategic and operational needs, helping them build business plans for their marketing and print requirements, demonstrating new products and building partnerships. This is not an `account management` role. This role will focus on developing key relationships at a strategic level. The role would be supported by an internal `telesales` team as well as a client services team.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

- Accountable for bringing in large profitable accounts, and growing `key accounts` in the territory

- Working with clients to help them develop their own businesses and marketing plans in conjunction with Ravensworth products and services

- Achievement of both new business and existing business sales targets

- Work closely with other areas of ZPG to develop sales strategies for common customers and referrals in the territory

- To act as an effective, professional ambassador for the Company at all external events, conferences, regular delivery of large group presentations

- To attend internal/external training sessions as and when appropriate to increase skill set

- To maintain effective communication links with other teams & departments across the business and communicate effectively with internal & external customers

- To undertake special projects and tasks as and when required Skills and Attributes:

- Have proven track record in negotiating, presenting and growing revenues to key account clients

- Experienced in successful negotiating with large client groups and large group presentations - Have professional & polished presentation skills

- Have experience in, exposure to or an understanding of the UK Property and online advertising industries

- Inter-personal skills to enable working with credibility with people at all levels including C-level

- Ability to facilitate meetings and control group situations with confidence and ease, with ability to actively participate and contribute to meetings

- Have exceptional customer service skills and an understanding of outstanding customer experience

- Time management and planning skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and to meet deadlines and objectives - Strategic & operational planning experience - A problem-solver

- Ability to be flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving results-orientated environment; being self-motivated and proactive - with the ability to work on own initiative and offer new ideas

- Desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organisation

- Personal commitment to improving one`s own knowledge and sharing best practice with colleagues
