Job Description

We are now looking for a new `Regional Sales Manager` to sell software solutions and services to estate agents and property management professionals across a designated territory.

Location: The sales territories that we are currently recruiting for is South of England (specifically the BA, BH, BS, DT, EX, PL, SP, TA, TQ & TR postcode areas), with some travel outside of this region. This role will involve frequent travel to customer sites.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop, manage and maintain a territory in order to ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved
  • To sell all products across the PSG portfolio and any new products that are introduced
  • To ensure that all relevant prospective clients within your defined area are contacted & informed about PSG products with a view to placing an order
  • Ensure a minimum specified number of field visits/presentations per week
  • To generate leads via regular and targeted telephone cold calling and account visits
  • To manage all customer account administration on CRM system, Salesforce
  • To account manage existing customers within your territory and enhance customer relationships
  • To achieve targets as set by the Group Sales Director
  • To attend selected exhibitions and events throughout the year
  • To ensure that procedures in relation to order entry/customer services are correctly adhered to
  • To ensure that your company vehicle is serviced when required and that tyres, oil and water are checked regularly

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of the UK property market
  • Full driving licence
  • Sales experience, working in a target-driven environment
