The Project Manager role is key to the smooth onboarding of our new customers. Reporting in to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of Project Coordinators as well as managing your own customer projects.


  • Direct line management of Project Coordinators (currently 4)
  • Responsible for SAAS (Jupix and Alto) and desktop installation pipelines and training schedules, reports and revenue forecasts
  • Coordinating team activities with other team leaders, in particular the Head of Installations & Migrations, Head of Training and Support Managers to ensure that core department objectives and installation revenue targets are achieved.
  • Managing multiple projects/clients and implementing them onto the software
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other department Team Leaders to enable the wider Projects Team to work together with clear objectives and understanding of each other`s roles and responsibilities
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints


  • Experience in managing projects in a customer-facing environment
  • Experience of managing a team and knowledge of HR processes
  • Strong personal organisation skills and able to work under own initiative
  • Ability to generate and follow a detailed project through to completion
  • A team player
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new PC and Web-based applications
  • Ability to understand issues and solve problems in a timely manner
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • Good overall IT knowledge including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Excel and Word products.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and be able to demonstrate patience and diligence
  • Sound numeracy skills.


  • Experience in residential sales, lettings or property management in the estate agency sector.
  • Basic accounts support knowledge
  • Basic technical support knowledge
