Job Description

ROLE:

The main role of the Customer Service Advisor / Administrator will support a field based Sales Team and Project Team, providing excellent sales administration support and outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
  • Deal with phone calls and emails from end users.
  • Promptly action new customer enquiries.
  • Carry out administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Data entry.
  • Prepare customer sales quotations.
  • Process payments.
  • Update and maintain accurate Customer Account records.
  • Maintain Customer Contract records.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to demonstrate patience, diligence and show a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel and Word products.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good personal organisation skills and able to work under own initiative.
  • Excellent numerical skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in residential sales, lettings or property management in the estate agency sector.
  • Salesforce experience

You may have experience of the following: Administrator, Customer Service, Residential Sales, Property Management, Estate Agency, Sales Support, Data Entry, Administration Assistant, Project Support etc.
