Summary of Role:

This role is responsible for providing our channel with first class customer services. Which include the preparation of mystery shops across the customer base. Account management with a particular focus on product sales to our existing client base, with particular focus on usage of premium listings and weekly featured property. Working with the existing field team across the channel in a support capacity with the ability to multi task and become involved with a number of key projects at any one time. This role is exciting and varied and is an ideal choice for those looking to establish themselves within the channel with the potential for further development.

To do this you must thoroughly understand the fundamentals of digital marketing be knowledgeable about the property market and the nature of the Estate Agency and Lettings businesses. Excellent excel and power point skills, good telephone skills and the ability to provide engaging and concise information quickly and efficiently. This role is a home based role with the occasional requirement to come to head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of mystery shops across the customer base.
  • To increase usage of product across the customer base and the ability to develop key reporting measures to show product growth and develop best practice in this area.
  • To pro-actively and regularly provide clients and sales people with relevant industry and business information.
  • To use the marketing mix and account knowledge to prove the value of ZPG and suggest ways that branches can get the most from their membership.
  • To be the internal expert on your customers and how that marketplace pertains to our sales force and effectively communicate this to other teams and key personnel.
  • To maintain customer records (on Salesforce) with accurate, high quality information of customer activity.
  • To identify market trends and maintain a high level of knowledge of the latest industry news and competitor activity
  • To recognise the importance and benefits of effective team working, assisting colleagues and providing cover as and when required. Plus maintaining effective communication links with other teams/departments across the business
  • To handle customer complaints or enquiries when appropriate and own the enquiry to completion
  • To ensure attention to detail and high quality planning alongside accurate reporting.
  • To undertake special projects and tasks as and when required
  • Ability to handle invoice queries and help resolve client issues.
  • Proactive outbound calling to present our proposition as well as dealing with incoming calls and queries - and ensuring the highest conversion of inbound leads (if applicable - certain roles only)
  • Ensuring that every customer sees the value in all of our services, and extends the range of products purchased as well as dealing with customers who are at risk of cancelling
  • Agility to work with the business to quickly and effectively deliver on project assignments - this could include (but is not limited to) appointment making, generating referrals / sales on specialist product offerings

  • Personal commitment to improving one`s own knowledge as well as sharing best practice skills with colleagues
  • Develop the way forward and set up clear channels for communication, building a partnership ethos, not just a supplier of online advertising relationship
  • Contribute to the sales team and assist other departments such as Product as and when required to ensure best practice and sharing of knowledge
  • Knowledge of the complete estate agency industry
  • Advanced excel and power point.
