Job Description

As the Paid Performance & Programmatic Display Executive you will support the Paid Performance team in managing campaigns on Google, Bing & a variety of display networks including Criteo. You will be covering multiple categories and products working towards our aim of helping consumers find a home, move and manage. Responsibilities include analysis of performance, the market and competitors; campaign management; campaign optimisation; reporting and working with your team to ensure that your accounts remain at the cutting edge of the industry.


  • Ensure PPC campaigns achieve ROI goals
  • Supporting the PPC team on daily tasks containing SQR reports, landing page tests, KW Audits and building strong PPC campaigns
  • Manage digital platforms to meet set objectives and ensure improvements where needed including Beta testing
  • Management of ad copy strategy & optimisation.
  • Management of keyword selection, implementation and optimisation strategy.
  • Management of tracking, trafficking and bid management through DoubleClick
  • Work closely with the Brand team in order to contribute to the creative process within the team
  • BlueKai integration and audience targeting
  • Web analytics analysis
  • Attribution analysis and budget re allocation
  • Plan and manage the paid marketing budget to achieve business KPIs
  • Daily use of analytics platforms Google Analytics, Google Adwords/Bing Editor

  • Ensure close alignment with the company`s ethos and brand guidelines
  • Provide oversight over decisions on which advertising networks to use, and optimise spend
  • Creative copy performance monitoring, testing and optimisation
  • Implementation of A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI and account performance
  • Generation of weekly and ad-hoc account reporting

Key Skills

  • Bachelor`s degree preferably in mathematics, science or IT
  • Some commercial experience of PPC Management
  • Experience in display advertising
  • Self-starter with a positive outlook
  • Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about biddable media, with a general thirst for digital
  • Highly analytical & data-driven, with a good eye for design
  • Strong communication, copywriting and mathematical skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fluid environment
  • A good working knowledge of Excel
  • A working knowledge of key programmes including Google Adwords
  • Strong IT skills, confident when using Excel and analysing data.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, lateral thinking and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • A passion for the internet, digital marketing and digital technologies in general.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Demonstrable experience running SEO, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Google Analytics IQ qualified
  • Experience of DMPs, DSPs, and other campaign tools
  • Knowledge and a significant interest in new platforms and channels
  • GAP qualified
  • Experience with dynamic advertising, rich media, Google Web Designer and DoubleClick studio
  • JavaScript and HTML
  • GTM tagging solutions
