Summary of Role


Passionate, motivated Account Executives are needed to grow customer numbers and revenue for Zoopla Property Group through the sale of products & services within the UK residential estate agency market, ensuring uptake of additional products to deliver value and enable the long term retention of our customers.

To achieve identified new & retention sales targets of residential estate agents through proactive outbound calling across the customer base, responding to incoming customer calls & queries, selling our clients products and services to deliver sales targets as well as resolving incoming issues and minimising cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Through a consultative sales approach, maintain solid business relationships with your territory customers and provide outstanding customer service by understanding your client`s needs
  • Maximise sales opportunities to achieve targets with new and existing customers as defined by the Internal Sales Manager
  • Proactively identify and approach prospect agents to sell the benefits of using the ZPG network and secure new subscriptionl memberships
  • Proactively call your allocated territory customers to grow relationships and maintain/ grow your territory value
  • Maximise revenue opportunities with existing customers ensuring uptake of additional products
  • Ensure complete and thorough induction of new customers to the ZPG service including uploading properties and back office administration training
  • Develop an understanding of organisational and internal influence structures within all identified Estate Agencies
  • Take in-coming calls from agents to resolve issues and answer queries
  • Work with customers that have signaled intent to cancel their subscription in order to reverse their decision and keep the business
  • Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Maintain customer data records with all relevant information in Salesforce
  • Communicate effectively with internal & external customers and engage constructively in team meetings with ideas.
  • Understand the benefits of all additional and enhanced products, and be able to conduct training calls with your client base
