Job Description

Summary of Role:

As part of an agile and collaborative team Programme Executives liaise with stakeholders across the business to assess requirements, develop approaches and implement solutions. You will capture, manage and deliver changes to existing systems, contribute enhancements to processes and produce timely reporting.

Supporting Programme Managers with key business deliverables you will offer cross-functional business and technical skills, assess and manage risks, report on progress and balance the business needs with technical constraints.

Providing routine reporting you will ensure accurate information is distributed across the business and be the point of call for stakeholders queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Supporting the organisation with specific reporting requirements around individual, team and territory performance to promote effective planning and strategy definition. Developing and delivering analytics to evaluate business requirements andrecommending changes or improvements which positively impact productivity across allcommercial channels. Continued development of Salesforce reporting and dashboards.

  • Change Management & Innovation: Develops and influences new approaches. Establish procedures, plans and practices which promote the adoption of appropriate solutions and sustainability of desired results in complex operational environments. Develops strategies to enhance decision making.

  • Results & Accountability: Ensures that effective controls are developed and maintained across the organisation. Takes corrective action, as appropriate. Strong commitment towards goals and outcomes and to ensure completion within established time frames. Drives and facilitates projects, ranging from simple to complex; focuses on results and measuring attainment of outcomes.

  • Planning: Coordinates Quality Assurance & execution plans, baseline metrics, setting and monitoring goals.

  • Collaboration: Working with other departments to understand `current state`, improvements, processes and developing user cases by working with senior stakeholders. Liaising with our Training department to ensure programmes are on the roadmap ready for release.

  • Communication: Actively participate in weekly meetings to define team`s action plan and review progress against goals. Hold team members accountable for progress on key program actions.

Skills Required

Essential:

  • An excellent understanding of managing data and back office systems such as salesforce.com.

  • Strong analytical mind, enabling you to question, understand and articulate data in a simple but informative way.

  • First class IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Process Mapping and Database management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to work with people at all levels.

  • Ability to display outstanding organisational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines with an eye for detail and a calm approach when under pressure.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce.com administration and reporting experience.

  • Experience with BI reporting via tools such as Conga or Birst.

  • A degree in a relevant such as computer science, economics, business, information systems or related field.
