The Consumer Support Executive will provide a first class customer service experience on all consumer contacts generated from our websites, this includes, but is not restricted to email, phone calls, estimate feedback and website moderation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to estimate feedback and improve property valuation estimates on the website
  • Review outliers and correct data and catalogue errors/inconsistencies.
  • Respond to customer emails
  • Review and moderate user-added content using web-based tools.
  • Deal with incoming phone calls from users
  • Log issues and perform basic fault finding where applicable

Skills and Attributes:

  • Have an excellent eye for detail and thrive on problem solving as well as working effectively under pressure.
  • Customer Support experience essential with proven track record of first class customer service.
  • Be a good internal and external communicator.
  • Be flexible and adaptable; willing to work in a busy, fast paced and targeted environment.
  • Familiar with all Microsoft office andGoogle/ Apps to intermediate level.
